Nidhi Vinayak is an internationally trained lawyer. With more than a decade of combined domestic and international legal experience, she brings a strong foundation in research, advocacy, and client-focused representation.
Nidhi represents individuals who have been injured and are navigating the complexities of the legal system. She has experience in various personal injury matters, including motor-vehicle accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice and product liability claims. Her approach is client-centered, cost-effective, and solutions-driven, reflecting her commitment to access to justice and fair outcomes.
In addition to her legal practice, Nidhi contributed to the Canadian legal community as a Freelance Writer for LexisNexis Canada Inc., where she prepared case summaries on Canadian Charter rights and constitutional issues for four years.
Nidhi earned her Bachelor of Laws (B.A. LL.B. Hons.) in 2010 and her Master of Laws (LL.M. Hons.) with a specialization in Public International Law in 2013, both from a leading university in India. She was admitted to the Bar in India in 2011 and practiced across diverse areas of law, including family law, land disputes, consumer rights, arbitration, and labour issues. In 2014, she joined the High Court in India as a Judicial Researcher, where she conducted legal research and analysis on complex civil and administrative matters.

She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, enabling her to serve a diverse clientele with cultural competence and empathy.
She is committed to lifelong learning and recently completed the Negotiation Mastery Certificate from Harvard Business School. She continues to enhance her professional development by attending various seminars and conferences relevant to her field.
Outside of her legal practice, Nidhi enjoys yoga, meditation, and exploring nature.
